Digital Story

I created my first digital story using Narrable. I choose this program because I think that my first graders would love to publish some of their writing using Narrable with minimal help.  The site also allows me to set up my class to help with this process.  I really am looking forward to using this in my classroom.

Narrable was relatively easy to use. I was able to upload my photos from my computer and I was even able to upload photos straight from Facebook.  I had a great experience using this platform for my digital story.  It was free and I was able to record my voice within the program to narrate my story.  The only problem I had was that I had to record over each photo instead of letting me narrate my entire story at once.

Here is a YouTube video on how to create your own Narrable.

  1. It turned out really good! Narrable looks very user friendly and I really like that you can see pictures that are coming up. How does being a Cubs fan and living near St. Louis work for you! We live and breathe Cardinal baseball in our house! :)

    1. Thanks. I enjoyed putting this together and can't wait to try it with first graders this year.

Well. Nobody is perfect. There is still time for you guys to see the light. Being a cubs fan living around STL is fine it's a fun rivalry. I enjoy it. :)
